Mark is an experienced lawyer who focuses predominately on commercial matters and disputes. His areas of practice are otherwise broad and includes property, business, leasing, employment law, construction law and intellectual property.

He topped his class in Australia in his Masters of Law (Applied Law) majoring in Commercial Litigation and has acted for a number of clients across VCAT, the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, the County Court of Victoria, the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Federal Circuit Court and in the NSW and Tasmanian jurisdictions.
